At TS&CS we believe that an important part of safety is for employees to be content with what they are doing as well as whom they are doing it for.
If a driver is not meeting the carrier's expectations there may be a strain on the working relationship. Conversely, if the carrier is not meeting the driver's expectations there may be challenges in the day-to-day relationship. These challenges could easily lead to distractions and result in an accident or collision.
We encourage all drivers to be honest and express dissatisfactions about their situation or conditions in a constructive manner with their employer. With communication, many of these inconveniences can be overcome. However, there may be times when it is just best for the driver to move on to the next opportunity. At TS&CS we work with quality fleets that from time-to-time are recruiting quality professional truck drivers to fill openings in their operation. TS&CS is not a driver service or employment agency, but we can match quality drivers with responsible and proficient carriers. Once you have submitted an application we can find a carrier for you while you keep working. Placement is strictly confidential and your current employer will not be aware that you are looking for a change of employment.
